Device Configuration
Within the Digi Dashboard tool, verify that the correct X-Trak 3 firmware version is displayed within the Device Information pane; currently Version 3.1.0.1.

Within the Digi Dashboard tool, verify that the correct modem firmware is displayed; currently R7.45.5.XXX.

Within the Digi Dashboard tool, verify that the attached GPRS antenna's signal strength is displayed within the Mobile Connection pane. Also verify that the link connection and that the Mobile IP Address displayed is correct.

SIM Installation
A SIM card must be supplied and activated by a cellular service provider for device operation. Ensure that your SIM card is properly installed within your device. See your device's quick start guide for information on installing your SIM card.

Note: If the antenna is not connected to the ConnectPort X5 R device, the GPS device can indicate “phantom” satellites. Python Configuration
Within the Manage Files section of the device's Python Configuration page, verify that the following 4 files are displayed (as described within the X5 R Python Configuration section):
- dpdsrv.py
- FleetApps.py
- FleetApps.zip
- python.zip

Ensure that the dpdsrv.py file has been enabled for auto-run on the device (as described within the X5 R Python Configuration section).
