ELSRESET.EXE is a Windows console application that will send a reset 
command to an EtherLite Unit.

Usage: elsreset #ip_address

Notes: For this utility to work, there must be an available host
       connection.  For example, the EL-16 has a limit of 6 host
       connections.  If all 6 are in use, this utility will be
       unable to send the reset command.  For reference, the
       EL-16, EL-32, EL-160, and EL162 support 6 connections.  The
       EL-2 and EL-8+ support only 3.
