1.  INTRODUCTION

    This Digi software package includes all libraries and software
    required to support SNMP monitoring of the Digi International
    family of PortServer Devices.

    On the various supported UNIX's, this package requires that an 
    X-Windows environment be installed in order to run.

    On all systems, this package requires that a browser be installed
    to display help.

    Please reference the following number(s) when searching the Digi
    International web site (www.digi.com) or ftp site (ftp.digi.com)

       o Solaris: Changed owner:group to root:sys for all files
       o AIX: Fixed a package installation problem                
       o All OS distributions:  Included the man page in the distribution
       o Improved scrolled frame.  The one used in beta had problems with 
         focus and resizing
