Mail Client Test

This test will log in the mail server, get a list of most recent messages (with header), delete a specified message from the list, and retrieve the most recent message (top message).

The listing messages and the body message/file attachment will be displayed via serial port.

When running on NO WAIT mode, mail services are called with callback functions.
When running on WAIT mode, it handle by separated thread.
