The Trusted Certificate Authority (CA) Certificates database allows for the installation of
trusted CA certificates. A CA is an entity that issues digital certificates for use by other parties.
The CA certificate is used to authenticate certificates issued and signed by the particalur CA.
It is necessary to include the trusted root CA certificate in the data base for
any other certificate signed by the CA to be authenticated.
