Getting Started

The iDigi Connector for Android is a set of plug-ins, libraries and examples offered by Digi which have been designed to facilitate the development of iDigi Applications for Android.

The iDigi Connector for Android provides the following resources:

• Extension plug-ins for Eclipse based s: A set of plug-ins that extends the functionality of Eclipse based s. These plug-ins add specific functionality that better integrates the development of iDigi applications for Android in Eclipse environments.
• iDigi for Android library: A specific API provided to facilitate the development of iDigi applications for Android. The library includes several methods that avoid the use of complicated inter-processes communication protocols in Android. In just a few lines you will be able to send and receive data from iDigi.
• iDigi examples: A set of examples that shows all the possible communication methods between the Android device and iDigi with different complexity levels.
