To ensure that Eclipse is properly
configured for the iDigi Connector, you need to configure both Android and iDigi preferences. To do so, go to
Window > Preferences.

The Android category contains the preferences of the Android (not iDigi for
Android) plug-ins.

Make sure the SDK Location setting is configured properly. It must contain
the path of the Android SDK you have installed on your PC.
Next, you will need to configure the iDigi access. Options for this section are located
in the iDigi Configuration category.

Within the iDigi Configuration category you will be able to configure the following settings:
- iDigi Server Settings: You can specify the
of the iDigi server or select it directly from the list using the Host Name option.
- iDigi Account Settings: iDigi account credentials.
- Login: The username or login of your iDigi account.
- Password: The password associated with your iDigi account.
- Web Browser: In this section you can configure whether the iDigi Manager Pro will be opened
in the internal or external internet browser when clicking the iDigiMe button.
- Use internal web browser: Selecting this option, the iDigi Manager Pro will be opened
in the internal web browser of Eclipse. This option may not work depending on your Eclipse version.
- Use internal web browser: Selecting this option, the iDigi Manager Pro will be opened
in an external web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
- iDigi General Settings: General settings regarding iDigi.
- Use custom iDigi timeout: Checking this option allows you to specify a custom timeout
to be used by iDigi on some operations such as the file transfer to devices via iDigi. This option is only
recommended in the event that you find problems with the file transfer using iDigi device configurations.
If you don't have an iDigi account, you can create a new one by clicking the
Create a new iDigi Account link within the iDigi Configuration preferences page. This will open a new web browser
dialog containing the iDigi account registration form.
