\f[HUGE]The FAX Receive Dialog Box\fR

The \f(HB FAX Receive\fR dialog box lets you view, print or save
faxes that have been received by the FAX system.

The dialog consists of a main viewing area which displays the
faxes in the current directory. A toggle button lets you choose
which is the active directory - your personal directory or the
system default directory.

Each fax shows its sequence number, whether or not it is marked
for deletion, its date and time of reception, number of pages,
its filename (in case it needs to be accessed through the UNIX
file system), an ID field that has been set by the transmitting
side, and finally a comment field that you may set.

The \f(HBView\fR button will cause the fax viewer \f(CWxfaxview\fR to be called
with selected fax.

.Node recv.aa.delete
.Title Deleting a FAX
.Format XmString
.Body

The \f(HBDelete\fR button will \fBmark\fR the highlighted files for deletion.
They are not actually deleted.
If
\f(CWconfirm_del\fR is to 1 in the AppDefaults\fR file the user will be prompted for
confirmation when DigiFAX is exited or the receive directory is
toggled. If \f(CWconfirm_del\fR is set to 0, no confirmation
is required.

\f(CWconfirm_del\fR is set to 1 by default.

The \f(HBDelete\fR button acts as a toggle. If \f(HBDelete\fR is selected
for a fax that is already marked for deletion, it will become 'unmarked'.

default printer with all defaults intact.

.Title Confirming Fax Deletion
.Format XmString
.Body

When ever a fax is marked for deletion, it is not actually
deleted at that time, rather it is only marked. When you toggle
receive directories or exit DigiFAX, if \f(CWconfirm_del\fR set in the
application resource, you will be asked to confirm
any entries that have been previously marked for deletion. If
\f(HBconfirm_del\fR is not set, no confirmation is asked for and
the faxes are deleted.

If you do not confirm the deletions, the deletion does not happen,
and the marked faxes will no longer be marked.

Selecting \f(HBDelete\fR on an already marked fax causes it
to become 'un'deleted.

\f[HUGE]Printing a FAX\fR

The \f(HBPrint Dialog\fR lets you print any selected faxes.

When a fax is selected for printing, the print dialog will popup
with the defaults set for that particular fax. The dialog will
allow you to easily change any of these settings.

If multiple faxes are selected for printing, the \f(HBPrint\fR dialog
is not popped up, and the faxes are printed using default values.
