\f[HUGE]The Phone Directory Dialog\fR

The \f(HBPhone Directory\fR dialog is used to access and modify the directories
of individuals and groups which you FAX to on a regular basis.

Each \fBDigiFAX\fR user has their own private individual and group directories.

Only the system administrator may modify the system-wide directories.

Note that for the purpose of creating a cover sheet, you will also
need to have an entry in your directory whose \f(HBNickname\fR is the same
as your Unix \fBlogin name\fR. You will be reminded of this by a popup
information dialog if you haven't made an entry for yourself.

The \f(HBPhone Directory\fR dialog is divided into three main areas. At
the top of the dialog is an area which displays the directory of
\fBIndividuals\fR.

Below that is an area which displays the directory of \fBGroups\fR.

At the bottom of the dialog is an Action Area with buttons that let
you \f(HBSelect\fR, \f(HBChange\fR, \f(HBCopy\fR, or \f(HBDelete\fR from a directory.
