Bug fixes since 2021 release:
1. IO command didn't stay in effect after applying any other parameter that
   affects the I/O configuration.
2. Fixed issue with consuming HTTP data in Soft AP mode (when CE=1) rather
   than sending it out the serial port for processing by external HTTP server
3. Fixed issue with sleep cycles longer than about 8 minutes.  Sleep cycles
   can now be up to 24 hours.
4. Fixed issue with remote commands after setting up node to operate in TCP mode
5. Fixed issue with receiving HTTP GET, POST, and HEAD commands on the serial
   port when not using SoftAP provisioning mode.



Known issues:
1. Single byte TCP transmissions are often delayed by about 6 or 7 seconds.
   This is seen when using a keyboard in the terminal window of X-CTU to send
   data between two XBee modules if the destination module is also connected
   to Device Cloud.
2. The IE 8 browser does not successfully apply changes in soft AP mode.
   IE 10, Firefox, Chrome, and other browsers work fine in Soft AP mode.
3. Using an SMT module, when setting [D2] and [D3] to 2 (for ADC) they do not
   read the voltage on the pin. Instead they just report the max, 2500. These
   same analog lines work fine on the through hole module.
