BUG FIXES (since last release)

-  Fixed a problem with unshipped production units where PL=2 was 
   outputting too much power.
-  Fixed a problem where ack's failed because the ack duty cycle was 
   incorrectly limited to 1% rather then 10%.

ERRATA

-  If the receiving module is streaming data out the UART and a ‘+++’ is sent to 
the module it will not enter command mode until after there is a break in the 
data.
