* Minor stability improvement to the RF tranciever.
* Resolved an issue where RTS could be ignored if the radio is actively transmitting data.

### Known Issues / Errata:

* There is some bit jitter at low serial data rates (9600 baud and below) which may be incompatible
  with some host UARTs. If serial data loss is encountered, increasing the baud rate of the radio
  and host to 19200 baud or higher will provide a more stable interface.
