Release Notes (PN 93000613) ConnectPort Display M Series EOS 82001357_F EOS (CP-DIS-M22) 82001787_A EOS (CP-DIS-M44) October 7, 2008 INTRODUCTION This is a production release of firmware for the ConnectPort Display M series. ConnectPort is a customizable network enabled video display hub. Its Display Over IP technology allows standard video displays or touchscreen monitors to be combined with other peripheral devices and placed anywhere on the Local Area Network (LAN) - without a locally attached host PC or thin client. ConnectPort supports standard terminal emulation, enabling simple migration from legacy terminal-based systems. It also supports the Virtual Network Computing (VNC) protocols, allowing remote access and control of a computer over the network or internet.
