v3.30 (Released 1/17/06)

1. Protect child device creation. The driver would cause a blue screen 
   if the parent was removed while creating the device object. We now 
   stop the parent from being removed while the device is being created.
2. Fixed bug in NT 4.0 to allow device to unload.
3. Fixed a bug where write could fail if a TXFLUSH is pending.
4. Fixed problem with Break not being cleared after port close.
5. Added port statistics information and logging to Edgeport.exe.
6. Added support for Hubport/8+.
