1. Update ionhub.sys to allow USB class drivers to submit URB requests
   prior to sending the START_DEVICE PNP request.
   This change allows WibuKey, DESkey and other security hardware to function correctly.

2. Retry enumeration if full speed device is reported as low speed device.

3. Update Configuration Utility
	1. Fix issue with status line not reporting correct values
	2. Add new WEB UI menu item 
	3. Disable the auto update by default	
	4. Remove limit on maximum number of devices displayed in status windows
