updateTimers

void updateTimers( void );

Description

Updates the values of TICK_TIMER, MS_TIMER, and SEC_TIMER while running off the 32 kHz oscillator. Since the periodic interrupt is disabled when running at 32 kHz, these values will not updated unless this function is called.
