OSTaskChangePrio

INT8U OSTaskChangePrio( INT8U oldprio, INT8U newprio );

Description

Allows a task's priority to be changed dynamically. Note that the new priority MUST be available.

Parameters

oldprio

The priority level to change from.

newprio

The priority level to change to.

Return value

OS_NO_ERR

The call was successful.

OS_PRIO_INVALID

The priority specified is higher that the maximum allowed (i.e. ≥ OS_LOWEST_PRIO).

OS_PRIO_EXIST

The new priority already exist

OS_PRIO_ERR

There is no task with the specified OLD priority (i.e. the OLD task does not exist).
