Introduction The Digi Device Networking SDK assists users of Digi device servers develop applications to communicate and operate with their Digi products. The SDK provides sample applications written in a variety of both programming languages and networking Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to demonstrate different application architectures. 2. Supported Environments The Digi Device Networking SDK has been tested using the following operating systems and compilers: o Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 o Microsoft Windows 98 and Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 o Red Hat Linux 8.0 and GCC 3.2 The previous list is not all-inclusive. Additional environments that are anticipated to support the Digi Device Networking SDK or the samples it contains include, but are not limited to the following: o Microsoft Windows Me o Microsoft Windows NT o Microsoft Windows XP o Mandrake Linux o SuSE Linux o Solaris 3.
